2. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting “Plan an event” or “Schedule a meeting” sends an enquiry to our team. A success message confirms submission, not a confirmed event, meeting slot, venue reservation or price. Dates, availability, scope and next steps must be confirmed separately with our team.
Provide accurate contact information and requirements. If acting for an organisation or another person, ensure you have permission to share their information and make the enquiry.
3. Proposals, payments and cancellations
The website provides general information about our services. Final deliverables, fees, taxes, payment schedules, supplier arrangements, cancellation or rescheduling conditions and any refund eligibility must be set out in the quotation or agreement for your specific event.
These website terms do not establish a deposit amount, cancellation fee or refund schedule. Review and agree the event-specific terms before confirming services or making payment. If these terms differ from a separately agreed service contract, that contract governs the services it covers, subject to applicable law.
