2. Information you provide
When you plan an event or request a meeting, we collect your name, email address, phone number and requirements. You may also provide your company, preferred date and time, event type, city or venue, guest count and estimated budget. Optional fields can be left blank.
If you use our task or expense tools, submitted task names, descriptions, completion status, dates, expense descriptions and amounts are processed to maintain business records. Please provide only information you are authorised to share, and do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and contact you about your requested meeting or event.
- Understand your requirements, discuss availability and prepare proposals.
- Coordinate agreed services and maintain related correspondence and business records.
- Operate, troubleshoot and protect the website and its tools.
Submitting an enquiry is a request for a response about that enquiry; it is not a subscription to a marketing mailing list.
4. Where information goes
Enquiry details are sent to our team by email through Gmail. Task records use Google Firebase / Firestore, and expense records use Google Sheets. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes website requests and operational logs. These providers may process data in locations outside your country, depending on their infrastructure and service settings.
People handling your enquiry or agreed services may need the relevant information. Where an event requires a venue or supplier, we may share details needed to coordinate the services you request. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law.
5. Browser storage and external resources
The website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and errors.
Fonts and some images load from external providers, including Google Fonts and Unsplash; those providers receive the information needed to serve these resources. Links to Instagram, Facebook and other external websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Retention and security
Information may remain in email correspondence and associated business records while it is needed to respond to your request, deliver agreed services, handle disputes or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The website does not automatically erase an enquiry after it has been emailed. Contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed.
No online service or email system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting confidential documents or highly sensitive information through the public forms.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit a form or leave optional details blank. Without contact details, we may be unable to respond. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up, or raise a privacy concern, email info.sparknrise@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns you. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any records we must retain. Withdrawing permission does not undo processing already completed or affect information we are legally required to keep.
8. Children’s information
The enquiry forms are intended for adults arranging events or acting for an organisation. Please do not submit children’s personal details through these forms. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so we can review and address it.
